More changes? Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, now renamed as X, has once again caught everyone’s attention by stating that he intends to no longer allow the option to block profiles on the platform.

Musk used the same social network to discuss the possibility of removing the blocking feature on X, keeping it only for direct messages (‘DMs’).
“Blocking [profiles] will be removed as a ‘feature,’ except for DMs. It doesn’t make sense,” said the billionaire.
According to a notice from Twitter/X on Elon Musk’s post, the businessman wouldn’t be able to make such a change, as the blocking option is a mandatory feature for a social media app to be allowed on the App Store and Google Play Store.
